LMIA APPLICATION - NEEDS HELP

Hi Folks,

I am in Canada on student Visa in University of Regina. One of the employer is willing to give me LMIA in BC (Kootney Region) at the position of Retail Manager.
I have done MBA from Pakistan and have two years experience in Human resource and 1 year experience in Retail industry.

If employer is willing to give me job offer, does CIC can say you don't have enough experience in retail management. AS NOC codes 0621 states needs several years of experience.

Plus, can the employer only advertise on Workbc or he needs to advertise on jobbank as well?

Please let me know, it will be really appreciated.

hi everyone
My employer applied for a lmia for me. But they aren't open from 1 year. So they don't have tax papers like T2$T4 to attach with application. They have sent the application back saying its incomplete. But my company also attached the sheet saying that we're unable to provide T2$T4 on their company letter head. Any suggestions what i should do next?
