LMIA application Decision

NOC code: 2171 (Quebec Province)
wage: 33$/hour
23rd September: LMIA application filed
28th September: Amount Charged and file number received
October 23: ERDC asked for resubmitting the form (as original form was a scanned one with my signature)
Current status: 7th week running with no sign of positive outcome

The salary offered by my employer 60k is just below the median 63k for the NOC code. not sure whether they's pass it or not?

Not sure whether they'd refuse the application, accept it or ask the employer to hike the salary. any one aware of this process?

Technically your process started after Oct 23 as your had to re submit the forms, they take 8 weeks from then on. So, you may expect the result in December

Thank you for your reply and I guess you are correct about this. What's your take on the wages? Do you think the salary offered since just below the median wage, the application would be returned or would they consider the application ?

I guess you would be safe in terms of wage as SC takes minimum of 30 hrs per week. I am sure your salary given by your employer is based at 40/week? So u may be over the median wage

The salary offered is just short of the median range with 60k being offered and median being 63k. I'm working for 37.5 hrs/week. Not sure whether they'd accept, reject or return the application to be revised
