Hi everyone,
I’m currently a PGWP holder looking to apply for an LMIA to gain extra points for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). My initial job offer includes a commitment from my employer to support my future work permit and PR application. (Already employed roughly 6 month ago)
I’m wondering if it would be beneficial to include this support in the job offer, or if it’s better to keep it out of the formal documentation. Would mentioning the employer's support strengthen my LMIA application, or could it complicate things?
I’d appreciate any insights or experiences you might have regarding this situation. Thank you!
