So 600 points are given to any one who has either LMIA based job offer or a PNP. But for PNP (in almost all provinces) one needs a job offer for any company based in that province. Does this job offer for PNP also require a LMIA? If yes, doesnt that mean its a double dip ? If LMIA is needed in any case then what is the reason to offer PNP based points 600 to be precise when a candidate can get them once he/she has an LMIA ? If LMIA is not needed for job offers that lead to PNP nominations, can some one share the general process or links for that?
