Job bank doesn't offer much options when posting ad.

What do you mean by "does the ad need to be same"?
For a particular job the posting has to be same otherwise how will the employer prove to Services Canada that he looked for Canadians for that particular job but could not find any and hence need TFW to fill up. If the job ad has varying qualification, experience, age range, job description, position name mentioned it no longer means all those ads apply to the same job.

When you post ads on job bank it doesn't give you much option. You've to select from noc job duties only you can only add 250 characters only.
So does job bank ad needs to match indeed.ca (example) ?
