LMIA 10 business day?

I heard that it is possible to get a positive LMIA in 10 business days in certain circumstances, one of them being high demand occupations.

Does anyone know if there is a list of those high demand occupations? Is Physiotherapy in by any chance?

My OWP will expire em August and I am afraid that my company is just taking toooo long to apply for my LMIA, so I can renovate my WP.

Even if you fall into the high demand occupation category, there is no guarantee it will take only 10 days. We've seen examples of people here who fall into the 10 day category and they have still ended up waiting months.
