LLM from UK...going for second master

Hi,
I came in UK in 2004 and completed my LLM from UK in 2009 staffs UNi and was doing my Masters in Public Policy from London Met Uni but they did not allow me to complete due to change in immigration rules last year. the uni issued me Pg diploma though in same field. I went to immigration Court but no relief and now over stayer for 5 months as my passport is with home office. can I go for Master in Public policy in Canada or do you think no chance to get visa for second masters and my over stay here. thanks and best regards

You can certainly try. You won't be able to file your application through the UK because you no longer have status there. You'll have to file your application in your home country.
