Live in nanny

Hello All,

We are wondering about the process to bring someone over as a nanny. My husband and I would like to bring my mother in law over to be a live in nanny for our kids. We would prefer not to bring in someone strange...we'd like our kids to be with family if they are not with us. Can anyone give me information on the process. My mother in law lives in Jamaica and we are unsure about the process and how to proceed.

Note that to qualify - your mother in law must have six months of full time training in the field in the last three years OR 1 year of paid full time work experience in the field in the last three years.
