Hi i m karamjeet uppal came in canada in 2011 as a live in caregiver. When i applied for my pr status i was single in 2013.then i got my open work permit. But my parents got me married in January 2014.(india) but when i came back in canada i got the news that my case processing already done . But honestly I told canada immigration that i got married and i sent my pr fees n my husband s information to canada immigration. So in result they. Stopped my pr card n said first they will enquire about my husband . In august they send my husband s file to delhi office. My husband s medical already done .now 5 month are gone and i m pregnant now i need my husband but still our case is in process . I am very tensed . I just want to know how much time will take my case so i get my pr status and my husband get visa. So please can u tell me exactly how much time will take my case for solving.
