Live-in Caregiver PR Do I need ROE?( my job was waitress)

I'm going to apply PR end of this month. (category is live-in caregiver)
Document checklist 13 and 20 are [Record of employment (ROE) for all previous employers AND]
but, I was working at restaurant for a waitress.
Do I need ROE?
when,I need ROE, How can I get ROE???

There is no harm requesting for ROE and submitting it with your PR application.
