Hello I have applied my OWP and PR in April 2011 that tym i was single and after 4 months i got married so i have also applied my husbands file and changed my status i got my OWP in Dec 2011 but i didn't get any other later by CIC no AIP it's almost 21 months done but no any msg and also my husband didnt get any msg so plz help me that when I can get my 1st AIP? should I call CIC? Plz help if any body has any idea thank you god bless

Hi Nipa, you said you have applied 2011, A lot of 2010 applicants did not receive their AIP yet so lets just wait, im 2010 applicant married no AIP yet.

I recieve my OWP Dec. 2011
July 2012 I recieved my 1st stage approval, CIC Vegreville said CEM will contact my dependant but nobody did up to now.
Is there somebody here who's in the same situation?

Same here! I am July 2010 applicant. OWP Dec 2011. First stage approval September 2012, until now nobody contacted my family.

I did update my spouse mailing and contact info last thursday,that might be the reason why they never sent anything yet,its been six months now since I recieved my 1st stage approval.I'll keep you posted if they will contact either the two of us.Lets keep on praying

Are your dependants from Manila/Phils? If yes, did your husband tried follow up/inquire by emailing CEM?

Hello there.please advice to me.I completed my 24 month within 4 years.i apply my pr 2012/01/20.i got my owp in three weeks.i am already in canada 5 years .is there is any law that immigration has to issue the pr before completed the 5 years

Go to cic.gc.ca and find to extend or change conditions..... doon na checklist.

Yes,he is in Phils. And No he did email the CEM, but I did, just last week. Ill try to email them using my husband email add,nasa distino kasi sya kaya wala sya masyado time mag follow up.

im Oct 2010 applicant under the LCP...got OP dec 2011...cic sent a letter last dec 5,2012,said they will contacted my family...still waiting..... clock is ticking..tick,tack,tick,tack...
i guess we have to pray a lot...only God knows..

yes I changed my status after 6 months I got married. What's 1st stage approval lol?
