Live In Caregiver or Domestic helper !

Hi EveryOne

I have 6 months certificate in Live In Caregiver also have 2.5 years experience from kuwait to care toddlers in school for first aid and emergency etc, Now i found one employer from canada for LCP, so

1. if i apply from abu dhabi how many months it takes ? (some says more than 15 months)
2. from hong kong it is fast but mostly jobs are there DOMESTIC HELPER can i use domestic helper experience . as a caregiver ? can i show domestic helper experience as for caregiver ?

Main requirements you must meet to qualify under the Live-in Caregiver Program:

1. You must have successfully completed the equivalent of a Canadian high school education.

2. You must have six months of full-time training in a classroom setting or twelve months of full-time paid employment, including at least six months of continuous employment, within the past 3 years, with one employer in a field or occupation related to the job you are seeking as a live-in caregiver.

Question # 1.. 12-14 months processing in Abu dhabi.

Question # 2.. Domestic work is part of caregiving experience. Working as LIC is a all around task, but of course it will depend with your agreement to your employer..

ask ko lang naging caregiver po kase ako nung kamag anak namen as private caregiver..pwede ba nya akong bigyan ng certificate?wala bang kaso ito or issue na kamag anak ko yung nag issue neto?nakapagtraining din po ako sa VBG ng caregiver course na pasado sa standard ng canadian embassy....gusto ko po kaseng makapag work sa canada...sana masagot nyo tanong ko...
