hi, I'm new in this forum... I just want to ask the chances of my sister coming to canada as a live-in caregiver after she was refused of a tourist visa on 2013. the refusal letter states that the visa officer was not satisfied she will come back home after the two months visit. And is it also true that if one was refused for a canadian visa it will take 10 years for her to apply again? Thank you for any response!
