How do you explain to LMO processing manager that you have tried to hire someone local but no one fits? Do you sent a letter explaining everything with the papers of person you want to hire?? Do you have to prove you had an ad online and in the newspapers? If anyone knows about this, please reply on this post. Thanks.

Miss awesome, i think you need to send them a proof that you posted an ad. Not sure how long this ad needs to be posted though but you can check on the website.
