Live-in Caregiver contract - Please help..

Hi, got my LMO for my sister as Live-in Caregiver...it says on the checklist that a contract signed by employer and employer must also include. Is that the same contract i previously submitted for applying LMO? or should we make another contract? I have photocopy of my previous contract (original was sent out for LMO application), is this copy is fine to send to my sister for applying the working permit?

Would really appreciate your help...thanks in advance...
