Live in Caregiver - After application for PR

Hi there, I applied for PR after work my 24 months (June 2015), but I can see that the processing time for Live in Care Giver is 49 months.

My question is if these 49 months includes the initial 24 months that I worked or this will start count after the application?

The 24 months aren't included. The processing time starts when your application for PR is received.

However I believe it's been taking less than 49 months recently.
