Little help, please!

On the 15th Sep. they requested me to do the IELTS test and to submit the results no later than the 15th Nov., together with a bank certificate for funds. I have done that -submitted those originals on the 23rd Oct.(by DHL) but I have not received any mail. My VO is Vienna-Can anybody tell me when should I expect any mail from them? What is the typical time to wait for any reaction from the Visa Office? And what is the next step-since they told me they needed the test result to calculate points and my result was 7.5 Thank you!

my visa office is vienna too. have you heard from them recently, have you received a request for medicals? we sent additional documents in december and are wondering how long it takes vo vienna to get back to you after all the documents required are submitted.

if DHL has conveyed your package to CHC Vienna, then rest assured, you will hear from them. just wait.

CIC never acknowledges getting any letter from the applicants.
its their rule.
So she's gotta wait. Ecas would show her status sooner or later.
