List of documents for ECA

Hello,
Can someone please tell about all the documents i need to submitt for ECA. Also do i need originals or copy and do these need to be sent by me or directly by university/school.

All copies have to be attested by the registrar or the controller of examinations of the university.

To add to this - the university would need to send the evaluation body your transcript directly. And you need to send the certificate. If you are using WES, there is a feature where you can see what you need to send based on the University.
