Hello this is my first time posting.
So I applied online for a Temporary Resident Visa (Visitor Visa) About three weeks ago. I lost access to my online account as I don't remember the password or know the answers to the security questions. I created a new CIC account. I am trying to link my application with no success to my account. Does anyone have any tips on how to fill the form to link my application?
Some general details about my application (none of the information is mine is just an example).
-My last name has multiple works in it (ie. van Husen Roberts) Is there any special way to input the family name?
-I have two given names (ie. John Robert) Is there any special way to input the given name?
-I am trying to link using family, given name, and date of birth. Is this approach found to work? I am just unsure of what my application number is. Does it look like this: V*********?
- I am filling the form exactly like on my application form.
Any help is appreciated it. I have emailed the Canadian Embassy multiple times without luck (no answer) and unfortunately they have a no call policy for outside Canada.
