Linking mycic to app

How do you do this? Maybe I am reading it wrong (I have been reading these forms all day and I am going crazy lol) do I have to link before hand? Or do I mail my app out and link afterwards? Can I link it to gckey??

do I have to link before hand? No.

Or do I mail my app out and link afterwards? Yes. You can try linking it a week after filing or after you received your AOR.

Can I link it to gckey?? Yes.
