Linking application to online account

Anyone else finding this an impossible task?

I've put in all the info correctly, but each time I submit I get an error.

Is there a magic trick to this? Thanks!

Sadly there is a bit of a magic trick. What works for one won't work for another. Here is one thread, I have to go looking for the one that worked for me tho.
