Linking an existing Job Bank profile to a new Express Entry profile

Hello all,

I'm having difficulty with my Job Bank profile. I originally created my Job Bank account and profile back in March, linking it at that time to my first Express Entry profile/application, but since then I have had to withdraw my EE profile/application and submit another one.

Everything was going well with the new application, and having finally submitted my WES educational accreditation details, I was optimistic that I might get in on a future draw. Unfortunately, I have just received a message under my EE profile/application stating I am ineligible for CEC and it appears to be because under my new EE application/profile Job Bank appears as 'pending'.

So does anyone know how to link an existing Job Bank profile, which is showing as active under the Job Match service, with a new EE application/profile?

Not sure about this but why don't you create a fresh job bank profile using a different mail id instead of waiting around for this resolution. CIC has placed no restriction on creating job bank profiles and its only function for now appears to be to help with EE profile activation.

Recommend that you create another job bank profile while you're figuring out how to link your EE profile with the older JB profile so that you don't lose out on any more draws. Once you've figured it out (if at all) then you can deactivate the new job bank profile and link your EE profile with the older one.
