I create a GC key account the past years when i applied online for a tourist visa. Do you think i should send my spousal sponsorship application with a different email for avoid any troubles in the future when i link my paper application?

No use the one you have. No reason not to. It is linked with UCI number already and it keeps all your CIC dealings in one place.
