Link my study application to cic

Hello
I submit a paper application for 1 month and then i link to my cic account 1 week ago. But it appears as online application.

So is it convert to online application?
If yes, it will delayed to reviews again?
The status now is checking eligibility and background is in progress. This mean that it almost done?

It doesn't get converted only linked. No it doesnt mean its almost done, there is no way to know when it will be done.
