Link between OINP and Express Entry Profile_what if EE expires???

Hi!

Like a lot of people here I got my Letter of Interest from Ontario in December 2015 and submitted my application to OINP. My application was received on 22 Jan, 2016. No news since. So I am beginning to worry that my Express Entry profile will expire in December 2016 BEFORE OINP manages to process my application. Does anyone know what happens then? The two seem to be linked since you have to quote your EE profile number on the OINP application. Any insights?
Also, do you know what month is currently being processed by OINP?

Don't worry, if ee profile gets expire, create a new profile and send new ee number to oinp and explain scenario in email.

Why dont you try other PNP programs, finally you can select one.

What other PNP are open at the moment? Do they take a long time to process?
