Linc class certificate for citizenship

Dear Exparts,, pls advise if some one submit LINC certficate ( linc class on 2013-2014) to prove english for citizenship, should he/she submit transcript or class attendance report??
Also on application form ,,should we mention LINC class attendance date on work/education section???
if some one did babysitting for 3 months when she was homemaker,,should she mention on application :

2010-06-01 to 2010-12-30 : Baby sitting / Home maker
or
2010-06-01 to 2010-09-30: Baby sitting
2010-06-01 to 2010-12-30: home maker

Just saw your question. I was looking for an answer to similar question regarding Homemaker/Babysitting scenario for my wife but no one has answered until now.

I took LINC course while I was unemployed so Instead of putting unemployed I will put LINC course. In the website the mention
Note that LINC/CLIC certificates cannot be used as school records that you may be required to provide with your citizenship application.

I asked LINC center about transcript for LINC course but they told me we do not have transcript for LINC course but they can give me a record for attendance so I will submit this record with my application.
(I Know they mentioned they do not need the attendance for LINC but I will include it with my application to be in safe side because I will write LINC course in work/Education)

In the question Q6F(B) "Have you attended an educational institution in last four years or participated in English/French language training?"

Does that mean any language training or LINC classes should be in the last 4 years from the school.

My wife has LINC benchmark from the year 2009. Will that be a problem?

if your wife attended in 2009 no need to mention on form as its not in last 4 years. no need to submit transcript as there is no transcript LINC course. Anyway we submitted application in mid of june but havnt got AOR. Once we get AOR we can make sure rgding linc documents

yes, my wife mentioned it on form as she took LINC course in 2013-2014 ( in last 4 years)
