Truely speaking, refering to a number of threads and peoples comment as regards not receiving PPR as i have read about some applicant who CHC(LONDON) have told their PPR was sent out in December 2010 they never received it. A number of them are just getting to know after sending status enquiry emails to CHC that it was sent out last year. My conclusion is this,if it was sent out last year by email and post how possible is it for both not to be delivered?Does this not show that there is a clandestine thing going on?

Well to be fair, post in London (UK) is not trustworthy in normal conditions not to talk of when it snows. December was quiet a "bad whether month" in the UK , hence, it could well be that many did "Land @ Heathrow or Gatwick or no mans Land".

Even with the snow, would it have taken over 30days for post to be delivered in uk? I know two people who live here in UK and CHC London claims their PPR was sent in Decenber but these guys have not received it up until now. London CHC had to send another one out which they have now received. Csn anyone justify this?

The answer is Yes. Please, don't ask me how come and why, I don't know but that is the truth. Actually, post does get lost not only in UK but in other countries too.
I think they deserve to be given the benefit of doubt when it comes to postal issues.

If the letter gets lost in the post, can you justify the email one not been received as well even when people check their mails including spam box before deleting.

@ all,

What really bother's me at this stage is the below statement from CHC.

"CIC is working to closely to manage arrivals in Canada so that we meet, but do not exceed, the immigration levels plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories than room within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must stagger the issuance of visas throughout the year. As a result, we will not be in a position to issue a visa to you until July of this year. We expect to send the instructions to you approximately in June

We are dead struck at this point, because nobody knows what they really want to do with different applicants (Pre 2008 applicants, Pre 26 june 2010 applicants, Post 26 june 2010 applicants).

Last year we saw fast paced priority processing between January 2010 to June 2010. But since that the whole processing system is paralysed. There is no significant changes in Immigration Quota for 2011 in compare to 2010. Still we see staggring of visa issuance.

Thank you, Sapana.
That is a minor mistake. I refilled the application forms, explained for the error, and sent with the full supportive documents to the VO. The 2nd AOR has already issued. The visa officer asked me to withdraw one otherwise they won't process my case, and said post626 gets priority. I have to decide which one I like to withdraw. It really makes me hestate for that. I expect I'll get the PER soon for the second one (based on the post626 thread in this forum). However, I still need to apply the FBI PCC again, that is another two months' waiting. I need to make a choice as soon as possible, hope I hit the right one, with my fingercross.

Hello Cam,
Thanks for reply.
I got the PER for my post626 application from CIO this morning. Now, time to make a final decision.
The visa officer contacted with me by phone, the lady is nice. she said that she asked her superior and got the answer. First priority is post626. We never know their logic.
