I am a Canadian citizen married to a non Canadian. I have a newborn born abroad. I will apply for the citizenship certificate for my newborn. But I have travelling plans to Canada with my newborn before he gets the citizenship certificate. Could someone send the link for limited validity passport for a newborn.
