Light on duties of 0213 FSW? any successfull applicant?

Hi,
I am sending my application for FSW on NOC 0213.
I saw a thread that someone was returned the application due to his/her duties of work experience in 0213.
has anyone successful experience of writing duties for 0213?
can anyone give detail what duties and what way I should write as Project Supervisor/Manager?

By the way, what you need more? or actually what are you looking for? i posted above and after other post, i dont think you need any more details. If you can little more specific, some may help you in more better way..

Me neither, I dont think you need more duties to be listed. Those the posters said were more than enuf.
Go on with your application, Good luck ! Personally as a manager, I do almost anything in my office when any of my employees get sick. Its me whom the management would ask for any failure in the system.

I have worked in 2-3 Offices so far as IT Officer, IT Manager.
Havent seen anything magical, everything was carried out that has existance.
What do you mean by something great idea ? False Fabrication in immigration documents could only make things harder for you and if youre called for an Interview you might need to answer for whatever you write now.

do not fabricate the data... if you have just 6 years of experience and show a lot of managerial experience.. you are in for a hard interview...Unless you have a MBA from harvard,oxford...

I know with indian companies in 6 years you dont qualify as IT manager, but more for lead (module,team).
so write what experience you have and bring out the management aspect of it.

whatever mahharrouf wrote in his first response was great is matching to my duties, i jus meant that i couldnt put it into the words,
i hardly could write six sentenses, so i was inviting idea inwhich i can find mine and put it on the forms..

and abt fabrication, i dont think it works for the pr,, anyway watever i write, they will match it with my employer letter.. and i dont think i wud write duties which my employer wud not mention on letter.
so take it easy guys, boss

Hi All,

With all this duties listed on my form for 0213, i got rejected by Sydney,NS.
I am not upset at all. Just little disappointed.
jus wondering how they rejected my application. they didn't see my additional paper?
