LIFE CERTIFICATE for Pensioners (from India)

Hi all,

For some parents visiting Canada who are on pension and have to sign their LIFE CERTIFICATE every Nov in India.....how do they go about doing the same while in Canada?

Could someone whose parent/s have gone through the above process please let me know.....
