LiCP Applicant (online), after medical whats next?

Hello wveryone, I am an LCP applicant in Singapore. My lawyer or my representative rather, who are based in Canada re submitthed my application through online. After 11/2 months we received a medical request and additional documents. Add docs submitted a few days after, and medical was done 4 weeks ago results are good/ok. I would like to ask, what is next after thisand when will CIC contact us again for further info. I am very anxious because according toCIC website they will normally contact applicant 4 weeks after medical was done. Thank you in advance.

I have waited 10 weeks after medical. But it depends in every applicants. Which country are u applying from?

May take 5-6 months processing in SG. Pwede mag tanong, may kakilala ka ba nag flight direct to Canada from SG or any country na Di na umuwi sa Pinas?

Hello, I did that. Hindi na ako umuwi Philippines coz the immigration in the Philippines might ask for other requirements or documents since you are leaving the Philippines as OFw. So from Sg to canada . Sg immigration will just ask for the clearance letter of your Pass.

Hello! SG to HK to Canada po.. Download mo kayak.com or expedia.com.. then search mo flights doon. So im expecting to be in Canada by August kasi
. Saan destination mo? I hope i will have my visa by June or July in Gods perfect time.. sa Alberta pala ako.. So far wala naman additional docs na nirequest sakin un lng medical n police clearance.. ganum ba talaga ang tagal mag update ung cic eh..

Hello, I did that. Hindi na ako umuwi Philippines coz the immigration in the Philippines might ask for other requirements or documents since you are leaving the Philippines as OFw. So from Sg to canada . Sg immigration will just ask for the clearance letter of your Pass.

Hi thanks, dito ako malaysia, pero sa SG ang nearest VO kaya dun ako nag submit ng pasaport. Di ako payagan ng Immigration sa KL na mag exit direct to Canada, dapat daw Philippines kaya ask ko if nabago na ba rules ng Pilipinas na wag payagan mag exit ang mga Pilipino from the third country going direct to onother country. I have number of friends na nag exit from KL to Canada vis HK and Taiwan previously wala naman naging problema but now, eto ayaw ako bigyan ng check out memo.

Matagal talaga pag online application now. Mas manilis ata ang paper base lalo n sa Pilipinas, thanks meron n akong flight sched priblema ko lang exit clearance ayw ako bigyan ng KL immigration, Ontario area ako. Keep on Praying.

Huh! Bakit po hindi pwede? What if exit ka dito sa Singapore? Wag mo ipakita itinerary mo for Canada..ah okay naalala ko na ikw un dn sa lbautista site. Magconnecting flight ka KL to PH para hindi kna daan sa immigration..

I need to cancel my malaysian working permit, kasi kung aalis ako with open ang permit magiging run away ako, in future magkakarecord ako at makikita yun sa police clearance ko magkakrecord ako bg runaway. And connecting to manila is not a good idea, hahanapan ako ng OEC if wala ako naipakita automatic offload ako sayang ticket.

Yes. dapat lumabas ka diyan nang maayos ang papers mo. Kasi kapag andito kana at magapply ka nang Permanent residency. Hihingan ka nang NBI sa Philippines at diyan sa Malaysia. Kapag may record ka na di maganda baka irefuse nila application mo. Kaya yes magexit ka diyan sa Malaysia na maganda ang record mo. Im going to apply my Permanent residency and owp next month at naguumpisa na ako magfill up nang mga forms at gather nang mga requirements isa dun ang NBI or police clearance.

saan mo ba inapply and work permit mo? Kasi if sa Pinas ka nagapply noon for sure yung mga requirements sa Pinas ang gusto nila makuha like yung sa POEA. Before ka lumabas nang bansa dapat meron ka permit to work sa canada at permit to exit nang Pinas. Makukuha mo ang mga yan kapag nagtake ka nang PDOS at OWWA sa POEA.

Hi thnaks s reply, oo kaya nga im trying na makapag exit ako dito with good record, if di ako bigyan ng exit clearance to travel direct to Canada, uuwi na lang talaga ako s Pinas at mag comply sa OEC or POEA hoping and praying na wag maininp employer ko sa Canada, baka i cancel nya totally ang visa ko.
