Hi,

The Express Entry requires entering the date when qualified to work
(The Ontario nominee program also requires 1 year of work after licensing if any required. Ie., any work experience prior is not counted.)

My NOC requires passing 3 exams and then my company has to register me with IIROC (not for profit industry regulator) as a registered representative.
I had already passed the three exams before being hired but it took my employer 1 month to register me with IIROC.
I did some of the main duties in the first month(compliance, auditing of other people's trades) but the primary 'first line' duty ('trading')
did not start until the second month.

I will not be able to work any longer as my PGWP expires 11 months after registration.
Is IIROC considered a license or requirement for employment or not as it is registered after employment by the employer.
and does this count as 12 months of experience or 11 months? And if 11 months is there any way to extend my PGWP by 1 month for example by getting implied status for 1 month?
