License Register Nurse

Hello everybody, how are you?
I have been doing a lot of research about it, but I would like your input and advice. I was planning to start studying towards a diploma for " licence register nurse" to finish in a year and then apply for the provincial nomination program.
Is this a good idea? Is it still a high demand for license register nurse in vancouver?
