license for noc 2173

I want to apply SINP EE under 2173. As per the requirement to apply for 2173 it requires license. Could you please help me how to get the license.

I think if you show letter from current job with title/duties, you should be fine.

Both 2173 and 2174 NOC codes are suitable for my Job responsibility.
Could you please let me know if NOC 2173 is regulated and requires license in Canada? I'm worried as i have submitted my profile and there are chances to get picked in the upcoming draw.
