Hi friends... has anyone applied for license history from Victoria ? In Feb 24, 2009 I went on study visa to Australia. .and came back to my homeland on 19 Feb 2010 ..got my PCC in March that is after I left Australi. .now in got to know that license history is also required. Can anyone please guide me how to get it? Also can I order it on my friends address ,who is presently living in Australia?
