LIC Visa Denied

Hi Guys,

I just want to ask is anybody here got visa denied and make an appeal and won the appeal? If so how long thus that take?
What will be the procedure? What are the chances of reconsideration?

I got denied because my employer failed to send all required documents. I'm under live in caregiver program.

Appeals only work if your application was incorrectly refused - in other words if CIC made a mistake and the application should have been approved.

If the employer failed to send all of the required documents, then the application was correctly refused because it was incomplete - and I don't see how an appeal will work.

I would submit a new application as soon as possible rather than appealing.
