I have a bachelors degree from India and a second bachelors degree from Canada. For my express entry profile, I only intend on using the bachelors degree received in Canada (I do not wish to get my ECA done for my Indian degree). The issue is on the CIC website it mentions that they consider a bachelors degree to be one that took three or more years to complete. However, I took 2 years to complete my degree (bachelors) in Canada (NOTE: that this is not an associate degree but an actual bachelors degree). It is also mentioned on my university’s website that the second degree in my field can be done in two years of full time study.
Question is, will CIC consider my second degree (one from Canada) as a valid bachelors degree and whether they will give me points for a bachelors degree knowing that it was done in two years?
