Regarding the "level of education" question:
I have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering that took me 5 years to get (10 semesters). This will, hopefully, be evaluated through the ECA into a degree of 3 or more years.
How long does a course have to be to be evaluated as another certificate, diploma or degree?
4 months? 6 months? 10 months? 1 year?
