Letters of my Old and Non-Relevant Work Experience

Dear All,

I am working to apply for Canadian PR in July 2012. I have a question regarding Work Experience Letters.

My bachelors degree is in Computer Science. I have got 1.5 years of work experience in IT after my bachelors.

Later I did my MBA. After which, I have got 4 years of work experience in my relevant NOC.

My question is: do I need to submit work experience letters for my old and non-relevant work experience as well?

It is advisable to have job duty reference letters from past employers and if you cannot obtain them definitely provide a cover letter to explain what you did to get one. If it is a job that is unrelated to the NOC and you have four solid years of employment that count with a job duty reference letter and assorted documents for support, then I wonder how much importance would be placed on any other reference letters???

I provided experience letters of my non relevant older job, but without any details of job duties. Relevant job obviously a letter with full JD. It worked for me
