Letter to the IRCC minister : Marco Mendicino

Hey guys,,
why don't we just send an open letter to IRCC ministry. Explaining that we are CEC and the delay in processing our applications affects our performances, not to mention that some of CEC are health care employees fighting the pandemic and all of CEC are contributing to the country. we need help in practical steps to speed up our application process that so far is running very slowly. I have no doubt that such a letter will speed up the process.. Please share your thoughts.. we have nothing to lose.. it will be good also for future candidates.

Yes.
I applied 8.5 months ago in CEC with all the documents arranged in the middle of pandemic. This wait is leading to depression. WE SHOULD DO ANYTHING THAT CAN HELP US NOW.

Why do you want to fasten the process? Any valid reason?

Are you pleased that you parent/kid can not visit you as no entery to non canadians? can not buy house? do not know what to do with your work permit that expires in 3 months and u dont know what to do then? you have other business overseas and you want to visit it too ? your kids miss home? many more benefits ,, each one has his own package..

Do you realize it is better they miss you than they catch the virus and die?

Cannot buy a house? You don't need to have PR to buy a house in Canada. Regarding the work permit, the govt needs to fasten the process and have more people working involving more risks of infection for the immigrants? Sorry but I think Canadians should come first and their security.

The IRCC people are working from home, for your kind information.How will they catch virus! Your reply is confusing!

They have issues with computer upgrades, and awaiting new ones. Probably they will speed up later.

By the way their post sounds logic, buying a house on PR and WP - totally different mortgage rates.

The work from home was at start of the pandemic. Not everyone is working from home now!

Check IRCC website, there are locations open for appointments and specific stuff.

If you cannot wait and do not have patience, then you are free to leave and come back.

You said buying a house, so I replied to you about it. You want to take a mortgage during a pandemic where you are not stable financially? Your choice
