Letter to MP for the Delay in Spouse Sponsorship Visa Application Process

Hi All, My husband (PR Holder) applied for my Sponsor Visa in April 2024, received the AOR in May 2024. But there is not update on Biometrics & Medicals yet. So we are thinking to write a letter to the MP. Can anyone help me with a format? Any is there anything else we need to keep in my before sending the letter.

How is that a delay to get MP involved. Delay is you have been waiting more than a year.

I would send a web form or order GCMS notes. Some MPs are helpful and some aren't and ultimately they can't impact processing times. Good luck.

there is no format as each MP is dealing with immigration matters in their own way, just provide all the details you have and seek for their assistance
but before that try to call IRCC or raise webform, i suggest to only reach out to MP when you’re exhausted of the options
