Hi,
My parents got their visitor visa in 2019 and visited us in Canada in 2021 for 6 months. We applied for extension but left the country before we received any decision and informed ircc regarding the same through webform.
My mom received a letter from ircc with condition to leave Canada(she already left the country and is currently in India) and undergo medicals.has anyone experienced this and why did she get this? Also, is there any complications for her to visit Canada again?
Thanks in advance

You need to inform IRCC that she has already left Canada. If she left after the 6 months it looks like she needs to do a medical. You should always advise IRCC that you have leftCanada if you have applied for an extension so they can stop processing the request.
