Letter of Recommendation query

Hi guys

Can LOR be given by somebody under whom you have done research papers or college level training.

I did my 6 week internship from DRDO and i was wondering if I can get an LOR from the scientist under whom i worked.

Also I have 2 research papers under a PHD holder,can I get an LOR from him also?

P.S. Already have got 2 LOR from college professors.but was thinking to get more.

u need to check the university requirements some require atleast one academic reference and one can be professional some require both academic references and some have no restrictions etc u should read the requirements of the university u will be applying.
