Hi, I have PR status. at present i am in india for vacation. planning to bring my mom with me to takecare of my kids. Can i able to provide Letter of inviation for my parent Supervisa being in india at present. Because as per the document checklist " A letter of invitaion from your child or grandchild residing in canada as permanent resident. "

Also, Another question. I am not sure which option my parent should select - to unite with dependant child (myself) or to unite with child of dependant child(my kid).
Because in depenent Childrens definition they mentioned
" Your child or the child of your spouse or common-law partner can be considered a dependent child if that child meets the requirements below on the lock-in date:
They’re under 22 years old, and They don’t have a spouse or common-law partner"

You shouldn’t be providing a letter of invitation if you are not in Canada at the moment. Would add that indicating that you want your mother to join you to take care of your children would be considered illegal work.
