Letter of Introduction

Hello everyone,
I do have a question please,
Can one travel to Canada as soon as they are issued with a W-1 visa or they must wait until they receive the letter of introduction/ port of entry letter?
Also, is the letter sent to everyone who has applied for a Canadian visa?

What letter are you talking about? There's no such thing as letter of introduction/ port of entry letter in order to enter Canada. Visa counterfoil stickers are attached in the passport which you submit via VFS. Any permits, those get issued at the border/port of entry itself.
