Letter of Introduction will come in email or mail?

Hi guys,

I'm applying for my student permit online for the Spring term of 2014. If I include my email address in the application, would the letter of intro come to me by email or by mail? I read somewhere on the CIC website that it's one or the other, can't be both. If anyone had experience with this, I would love to know. Thank you so much!

My Letter of Introduction came through MyCIC portal. Not Email.

In my case, I lodged my application through a VAC in person. I got my Letter of Introduction through the e-mail I wrote on the application form. I think it depends on the system CIC uses in your country hehe
