Letter of interest from Province

Dear forum members, today I have received a Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter from Ontario suggesting to apply for the Provincial Nomination. What does this mean? Does this mean that I am really eligible to apply and get their nomination, or this is a standard message for all 400+ users in Express Entry? Please help... :-X

I would hazard a guess to say that its a good thing. I'm living in Ontario and I checked the box to 'share my information with the Province I'm living in ...' and I'm still waiting in hope for mine. Apparently Ontario has stated and 'unstated' criteria they use to select potential PNP nominees.

The fact that you have got it is a good sign. I don't know your CRS score but if I got the letter I'd be applying ASAP.

Package your application within 45 days, attach $1500 and send it on its way!

It's definitely a good thing, an opportunity.

However, it is not a confirmation that you meet their criteria. Read the information carefully before you decide to apply.
