Letter of Graduation for 2 programs for PGWP

hello, i have completed 2 programs.
the first program was completed 2 years ago.
the second program was completed a week ago.

my question is: do i need 2 letter of graduation to apply for pgwp? or does cic want to see only the most recent letter?

1. You will need both letters.
2. If there is a gap of more than two years between the end of first course and start of second course, you won't get PGWP for both.
