I have obtained Good Conduct Certificate from Kuwait. However, the date of birth on the certificate (01/01/1987) is linked to my Civil ID's date of birth (01/01/1987). The authorities cannot enter it as per passport (07/07/1987). All other pcc from UK and Australia are having date of birth as per passport. To change the date of birth is a lengthy process as I have to do everything from scratch. The name is per passport. Kuwait PCC has all finger prints as well. How can I make LOE that can be beneficial to my case? Due to absence of birth certificate from my country of origin, my date of birth was entered initially as year 1987 only in the kuwaiti immigration system. Can anyone assist me regarding this matter.
