I am facing the following problems in my account:
1. No option to upload my Letter of Explanation
2. The checklist asking for multiple PCC for me and my spouse, even though we lived in the same country for the last 10 years. We did live in different districts in the same country, but I never heard anyone requiring multiple PCC for different districts in the same country. Can anyone clarify this matter?
